The Cannes Film Festival, which is held annually, traces its origin from 1932 when the country invited 16 other countries to a cinematographic festival to showcase their movies.

Today the festival has become the biggest Film commerce event which facilitates exchanges between sellers and buyers in the film industry. This year’s version comes off in May.
We hope Ghana makes an impact in this year’s festival because even though our movie Industry seems to be in a downwards spiral, the likes of Abraham Attah represents hope.
