Afia Schwarzenegger Says The Black Stars Would Likely Drop Out Of The Afcon Tournament

Comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger is one of those Ghanaian’s who are not so enthused with the Black Stars, ‘prophesying’ that the team would not progress in the tournament because we all know their record.

Afia, in a post on Instagram, said she is more interested in mourning the Asantehemaa rather than supporting the Black Stars whose story ‘we all know’ already.

Ghana began our Afcon campaign on Tuesday with a 1-0 victory over Uganda but Afia says we shouldn’t have any trust in them.

“I am mourning with my Ashanti’s and I am also mourning with the black stars…abi we all know the story…we know oh come on,.. is it not Avram Grant’s blackstars? Stop pretending cos we all know the story.. is it not Akwasi Nyantakyi’s blackstars? ??hmmmm#SAD” she wrote.

Afia is simply echoing some Ghanaians who seem tired with the team for all their troubles with money in recent years.
