One landlord whose name has been given as Mr Oppong has found himself at the extreme end of the law for allowing anger to get the better part of him and clouding his sense of reasoning.

According to reports by Rainbow Radio, Mr Oppong has killed one physically challenged female tenant of his at the back of her refusal to flush the water closet in the house after using it.

Mr Oppong is said to have confronted her on the issue which ended up in a heated argument. The tenant, whose name is given as Nana Konadu, fired back which apparently did not sit so well with the landlord.

Out of impulsiveness and raving anger obviously, Mr Oppong is said to have hit Nana Konadu’s head with a metallic object which has led to her eventual death after three days in the hospital.
