Ahead Of Opening Afcon Game, President Mahama Encourages Stars Team - "Bring Back The Cup"

With just a few hours left for Ghana to commence her 2017 Afcon journey, former President John Dramani Mahama has fired up a message to the team.

The former leader has called on the team to bring home the trophy which has eluded the team since 1982.

“The AFCON cup has eluded us for far too long. Let’s support our Black Stars.” the former President wrote. #BringBackthecup.

Ghana takes on Uganda in the first game of the tournament at 1600 GMT.
