The President Nana Addo has commended former president, John Dramani Mahama for his conduct during the December 7 elections.
Speaking at a special thanksgiving service held at the Ridge Church in Accra on Sunday , the president said:
“Our thanks for this occasion must also go to my predecessor who followed in the worthy footsteps of his illustrious predecessor.
The President Jerry John Rawlings and the President John Agyekum Kufuor and supervised a peaceful transition of power.
Despite all the controversies surrounding his settlement, his conduct has been a credit to our nation and we must all give thanks to the Lord for it.”
