The reality star was seen spending an evening in a see-through bustier at the The Peppermint Club in West Hollywood, alongside Purpose hit maker Bieber.

After being confronted about the Kourtney rumours last year, Justin told an interviewer he was ‘being used’ by the star, whose mum Kris Jenner is dating his manager Corey Gamble
