Kumasi Asante Kotoko have appointed a new coach, Croatian national Zdravko Lugarusic, to take charge of their first team for the next two years.
Lugarusic, a former King Faisal and Ashantigold coach, signed for the Porcupine Warriors over the weekend, to take over from former player Michael Osei.
The head of the club’s legal team, Lawyer Yaw Boafo, revealed the news to their official website asantekotokosc.com.
Lugarusic, 52, would take over the team’s pre season training once his work permit has been secured. The club has tasked him to win every trophy they participate in during his time in charge.
