Comedian Funny Face has come out to deny reports that a photo he shared a few days ago with a lady was that of his fiancee.
Funny Face said the lady in question, former Big Brother Africa Housemate Beatrice Oppong Buabeng, popularly known as ‘Mambea’ – was simply a friend and not his fiancee.
The photo had been circulating on social media as the comedian’s fiancee, with no immediate denial from him. But in a post on Instagram Sunday, he finally responded.
“Mambea is just a friend” he said in the video posted on his page. He said he took the photo during UTV’s Day with the Stars, and he only captioned it ‘Mr Happiness’ – saying he did not add she was his fiancee.
“My real fiancee is there, you will see her, Funny fans, you will like her. You know me I like ‘heavy machine'” he added.
Funny Face recently announced he is set to get married again soon, not long after enduring an acrimonious divorce from wife Elizabeth Ntim.
