A member of Bishop Daniel Obinim’s International Godsway Ministries, Agnes Dei, testified in church on New Year’s Eve that the Bishop cured her of type 1 and type 2 HIV, stopping the diseases before it could transform into the deadly Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).

Dei gave her testimony at the New Year’s Eve watch night service, claiming that the Bishop appeared in her dream and performed spiritual surgery on her, after which doctors told her illness was gone.

In her testimony, the supposedly healed Dei said she was diagnosed with both type 1 and type 2 HIV, which manifested itself as rashes on her body. She said she started treatment at Korle-Bu but abandoned it for spiritual help from Obinim.

Obinim gave her some oil to use, which she did, after which he appeared in her dream with a fellow pastor in doctor’s attires.

He asked her to kill a snake in the dream, which she did, then the preacher performed one of his famous spiritual surgeries on her.

Voila, her next visit to the doctor showed her HIV had vanished.

Controversial Daniel Obinim has numerous of such ‘miracles’ attributed to him by church members, although not one has ever been verified or performed under controlled circumstances.
