Kwame Sefa Kayi To Leave Peace Fm To Join Incoming Government – REPORT

 

Long time ‘Kokorokoo” host and the ‘Chairman’ of the airwaves, Kwame Sefa Kayi, might be leaving his post anytime soon, reports indicate.
Kwame Sefa Kayi was one of numerous people who received personal thanks from Nana Akufo-Addo in his speech during the NPP’s thanksgiving service, and he could be set for a job in communications within the incoming administration.
Blogger Ameyaw Debrah wrote on his Instagram page that ‘rumour has it’ that the ace broadcaster has been tapped for a job by the NPP.
If it happens, it could be a shrewd appointment as Kwame is quite well versed in the area having served in broadcasting for decades.
The so-called Chairman General hosted Nana Akufo-Addo for an in depth interview in the run up to the elections, an interview that helped immensely in getting the NPP flagbearer’s message across at a very crucial time in the electoral process.
