ITS OFFICIAL – Alan 'Cash' Named Trade Minister For Incoming Administration


President-elect Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has named his first cabinet appointment official, telling a cross section of Industry that Alan Kyeremanteng would be his Minister for Trade and Industry.
In a meeting held Wednesday with the Private Enterprise Federation at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Nana Akufo-Addo confirmed that Alan, a one time Presidential challenger in the NPP against him, would be handed the portfolio to oversee his trade and industry agenda.
The President also used the meeting to assure industry that the next four years would be very business friendly, with txes reduced to unleash the private sector to create more jobs to solve the high unemployment situation in the country.
He said his policies, such as the one district one factory, would be completed with the help of the private sector.
So “roll up your sleeves and get to work” he told the present titans of industry.
