Actor John Dumelo has categorically denied the story that he was refused service at filling station due to being affiliated to the NDC, describing it as a ‘fake story’.
In a couple of tweets on his official handle, the actor said the incident never happened.
“Pls disregard story about fueling station refusing to sell fuel to me in east legon because I supported JM. #fakestory” he tweeted on Tuesday.
A report earlier in the week claimed an attendant at a fuel station in East Legon refused to sell to the star because he supported NDC.
“We won’t sell to you. Go and buy from Mahama” the attendant reportedly told the actor.
“Asked how John reacted, the source said he gave a gentle smile and drove off.” the report noted.
But the actor has denied the reports, although he took his sweet time doing it.
“Just had a call from Chamber of petroleum consumers(COPEC) asking me d particular station it was so they sanction them. #noneed #fakestory” a second tweet also read.

Lol he’s lying. He’s embarrassed with the shame involve. People can do it so not surprise. John is about time you start speaking the truth
The man said nothing like that happened, unless you have evidence to suggest otherwise, you can’t possibly think he is lying. I believe him!!
Hehehehe you’ve always been in support with this crook so not surprise. Never believe everything he types. The witness couldn’t possibly lie either.
