Mr Bernard Mornah, Chairman of the PNC has in an interview told Graphic online that, their presidential candidate, Dr Edward Nasigri Mahama has no Twitter handle so the news circulating on social media that he has conceded defeat and has congratulated Nana Addo is false.
Mr Mornah further explained that the flagbearer of the PNC does not also operate a Facebook account.
