Rapper Gucci Mane Sets Wedding Date And It Comes With A Special Reason

Rapper Gucci Mane will wed his fiance Keyshia Ka’oir next year (17).
The hip-hop star popped the question to Ka’oir last month (Nov16) during the Atlanta Hawks vs. New Orleans Pelicans basketball game at the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, and just last week (ends02Dec16).
The rapper, real name Radric Davis, sparked rumours the couple had already exchanged vows when he posted a video on Instagram of a diamond ring on his finger and called Ka’oir his “wife.”
However, the 36-year-old has since taken to Twitter to announce he and his fiancee will head down the aisle on 17 October (17).
“Our date has been set 10/17/2017…,” he wrote on Saturday (03Dec16).
The date is reportedly special to the rapper because it was his grandfather’s address in Bessemer, Alabama.
“1017 my granddaddy house,” he rapped on song Decapitated from 2013’s Diary Of A Trap God.
“We had our ups and downs, ’cause I would mess up and do stupid junk, but she had my back through all of it,” Gucci told The New York Times.
