Before All The "Borla Goods" On Our Screens, These Ghanaian Actors Were The Real Deal And We Miss Them

3. Mac Jordan Amarteymac-jordan-amartey
Mac Jordan Amartey was a teacher by profession in his hay days. He was one of the pioneer practitioners in the Ghanaian film industry.
Mac Jordan who had long loved acting like it was a vein in his flesh running its own blood supply, was among the many few who brought professionalism into acting due to his background as a teacher.
He was always paired or made to square with co-actress, Grace Nortey. Their combination on the screens brought love and excitement to many at home watching them.
In the early 90’s, He featured in several Gama films productions, mostly seen playing the role of a controversial elder and father or a neighbour.
We miss him greatly, whiles he withered away in isolation and neglect by the people he entertained for decades. Recently, he was said to be amputated in one of his legs. We miss him greatly and hope it is not too Late for producers and directors to cast him for roles.
We wish him long life with good health.
