We certainly and sincerely do not want to believe this but it looks like the plausible is what actually happened.
History was made yesterday at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle as the president commissioned the Dubai inspired interchange.
The place was graced with people from all walks of life and amongst them was Nkem Owoh otherwise known as Osuofia by his popular starred movie  ‘Osuofia in London’.
He was seen with the masses, and of course taking picture with them— what we cannot fathom is whether he was there by sheer or he actually planned to be there.
Truth be told, we cannot think far!
