The President, John Dramani Mahama, commissioned the Ghc 320m newly refurbished Kwame Nkrumah Circle Interchange on Monday and it was  a joyous day for the ruling party who believe the project an embodiment of the kind of development they are bringing to Ghana.
The ceremony, aired live on majority of the local tv stations, was graced by a massive crowd, numerous government functionaries and of course, some entertaining faces.
Nigerian actor Nkem Owoh, more commonly known as Osuofia, was also in attendance at the program. Akua Donkor, Zanetor Rawlings and many others were also in attendance. The President gave a speech to round out the entire night.
