APC flagbearer Hassan Ayariga won a significant legal victory earlier today (Friday), when an Accra High Court ruled that he should be reinstated in the race for the Presidency.
Ayariga, like most of the other candidates disqualified by the EC, took his case to court to seek a quashing of the EC’s decision, and that’s exactly what he got.
