An Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Barbara Tetteh Charway has ordered the Electoral Commission of Ghana to give APC’s flagbearer Dr. Hassan Ayariga the deserving opportunity to rectify anomalies in his nomination forms–based on which EC disqualified him.
