This Year's Elections Would Not Be Free And Fair – Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom

PPP flagbearer Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom says it would be impossible to have free and fair elections in Ghana this year, what with the referee engaged in a conflict with some of the players on the pitch.
Dr Nduom was one of 12 candidates disqualified by the EC from contesting this year’s polls, citing irregularities in their filing documents. Yet despite securing a victory at the Accra High Court, who ordered the party to be reinstated – the Commission has dragged the case to the Supreme Court, hoping to have the lower court’s decision quashed.
With the determination of the Commission to ensure the PPP is barred from contesting the polls, Dr Nduom says the referee are rigging the game against one of the players.
In that case, the game would not be fair.
Dr Nduom made those thoughts known with a post on social media platform Facebook.
