President Barack Obama really made Halloween worthwhile for the children lucky enough to get into the White House, sharing candy himself alongside his wife Michelle.
But for one boy in particular, who appeared dressed up as late pop legend Prince, the night was even more special.
When he approached the President in his costume for his candy, Obama broke out into song, singing Prince’s most famous anthem, ‘Purple Rain’.
The child’s uncle was overjoyed, and took video of the moment which he posted online.
Minnesota born artist Prince died earlier this year of a drug overdose, a tragic event that shook up the entire world of music.
