Tyga has paid off a huge chunk of a $200,000 debt he owed a jeweler for some services that he was delaying in paying off, leading to a court case against him.
The jeweler, Jason of Beverley Hills, won a judgement against Tyga as he delayed in paying off his debt.
Attempting to stave off any more embarrassments, Tyga’s lawyers appeared in court Tuesday and notified the judge that Tyga had paid about half of the money, $100,000 – with the rest set to follow soon enough.
According to TMZ, the lawyer promised the money would be paid in full by November 17.
Kylie Jenner, who is dating Tyga, and her extremely wealthy Kardashian/Jenner family reportedly had no hand in Tyga paying back the debt – it all came entirely from his own resources.
