The Convention People’s Party launched their election 2016 manifesto over the weekend at the Ghana Academy of Arts and Science in Accra.
Nkrumah’s party, now a shell of its former self, is headed by Ivor Kobina Greenstreet as flagbearer, and attempted to make the case as to why they provide a viable alternative to the NDC and NPP duopoly.
The manifesto covers four thematic areas – Social policies, economic policies, responsive governance and International relations.
Mr Greenstreet, a Person with Disability (PWD) himself, has promised that his government would make PWD issues a centrepiece of their agenda in office.
