6. Abraham Kofi Davis( Salinko)
This is an industrious young man, who helped revived the Ghana movie industry with his style of comedy.
He has also been a social fighter, speaking to national issues that bothers on human rights, social justice, corruption and his field of work.
It didn’t come as a surprise when, he went back home to where he is from to make a claim on the parliamentary seat, on the ticket of PPP, Dr. Papa Kwasi Nduom’s party.
The aspect of it that took people of guard, was the bit of, he opting to join PPP and not the NPP– because his stance on national issues had tarry into that of the NPP as at that time.
Nevertheless, looking at his work ethic on screen, thus how he applies himself to his roles and convictions and principles, he comes across as a young man with ambitions and substance.
Politics is done and must be done with substance, principles and firm convictions, so he exuding these traits in his acting career and social life, I bet he can be a better minister or a DCE if given the opportunity to serve in public service.
Until he entered politics, many had thought, comedians or actors in general are non-serious minded bunch. But he and a few like Hon. Fritz Baffoe has proven those with such mentality wrong.
We see a young Hon. Fritz Baffoe in him and we do wish and hope, he wins the parliamentary seat he is making a claim to.
