Sarkodie has once again achieved a milestone on social media that his compatriots are far from reaching – the rapper has now garnered 1m followers on micro blogging site twitter.
Sarkodie reached the unprecedented mark earlier Friday and updated his followers about the achievement.
“Big ups SarkNation … 1Mill … Will always appreciate y’all” Sarkodie tweeted.
The ‘Kanta’ rapper retains the largest following of any Ghanaian public figure, not just on twitter but Instagram as well. He reached a million followers on the photo sharing site earlier this month. He just 1.3m followers on Facebook as well.
