Bibi Bright has laid into numerous unnamed industry players who she claims also had huge problems with Nana Akua Addo but cowardly kept quiet until she boldly took on the gossiping girl.
Bibi made news last week when out the blue one night, she went on a foul mouthed Instagram tirade against Nana Akua, dragging her through the gutter with accusations after accusations of her horrible behaviour to other female stars.
Bibi claimed peopl elike Princess Shyngle, Zynell Zuh, Selly Galley, TooSweet Annan, Becca and countless others have all been wronged by Akua in numerous ways, and after the incident most of them have confirmed her accusations.
But Bibi Bright is still not over the issue, thought, and in a recent interview, she described the conduct of many people in the industry as cowardly. Asked whether she regretted posting on Instagram like that, she said she has not, but she bemoaned the silence from many others who were suffering but simply kept mute.
“I feel very sad when I think about how some of my colleagues in this industry are… cowards. They know the truth but they are too scared to speak up. After my posts on Instagram, several Actors, Actresses, Photographers and even some people in the media called to tell me their bitter experiences with Nana Akua Addo but none of them have been able to speak publicly”. Bibi Bright said in an interview.
Bibi added that she took the posts down because of calls she got from respectable people for her to do so, and not because she thought she was wrong or that she was lying.
“I am not apologising for what I said about Nana Akua Addo because everything I said is true and I don’t regret posting it and I will never regret. I am only apologising for how I went about the whole things.” she said.
“If I was a coward like some people think, I wouldn’t have even posted it in the first place because even though I deleted all the posts from my page, it has been published on several websites and everything is already out so deleting it, didn’t really change anything. I only did it to show respect where respect is due because I was brought up to respect the elderly”.
Bibi added that she is moving on from he whole unfortunate episode, and she’s now only concerned with campaigning for Nana Akuffo-Addo to win the 2016 elections.
