Who has time to spare on a lame man when the upright and able bodied are not even given a blip of attention. This was however not the perception of a Safaricom customer care lady who went her way to offer services to the crippled man.
The lady who has since been identified as Pauline from a Nakuru branch was spotted kneeling to her knees to attend to the crippled man who could not make his way to the service shelf.
Pauline has since been commended for her act with many showering praises to her kind gesture.
“Earlier today Pauline was just doing her job at Safaricom shop in Nakuru.Infact she was doing an MPesa reversal for a client when William crawled in. Pauline went on to serve him specifically to register his SIM card and also to register him on Mpesa. A stranger took this photo and now it has gone viral for all the right reasons”Can this happen in Nigeria?
