Samini Reveals Why He Ended His Beef with Shatta Wale

The ever lasting feud between Ghana’s dancehall kings, Samini and Shatta Wale was brought to a hiatus a couple of days ago on the latter’s 32nd birthday .
The birthday saw to Samini wishing his long time musical rival Shatta Wale a happy birthday which eventually led to a follow and follow back affair on Twitter .
Samini has come out to tell his side of the story and his decision to end the never ending worthless back and forth banter.
Speaking to to J.O.E.L on ‘YFM’s Dryv Of Ur Lyfe ‘ he said :
“It happened all around the same time, in the morning I felt we were in the election year and its a few months to election and if it’s my rival’s birthday and I wanted to promote peace and set an example.
It wouldn’t hurt a fly to wish the man a happy birthday on social media just to get both factions excited and get them to talk on social media about something positive.
Just when I posted the tweet, I realised he had also tweeted that he had followed my account to make himself happy and so I followed back and told him I followed back and that’s it.”
