Instagram is yet again trying to beat Snapchat at its own game—Instagram is bringing it’s ‘Instagram Stories’ into the explore tab.
Expose.ie  reports that:
“Instagram have been desperately trying to blunt the momentum of snapchat – and opening the explore tab to making stories available means more users will follow popular creators of the feature.
The feature was first launched in August, allowing users to post short videos or photo’s that were accessible to their own followers on the home page. The clips are available for 24 hours – just like snapchat.
As before users could only view stories from their own followers and people they follow, but with the new big update Stories can now be viewed in the Explore tab too.
The Jury is still out on what app is better”.
