The draw for the 2017 African Cup of Nations took place in Gabon earlier tonight with the Black Stars landing in Group D.
The Stars are billed to take on Egypt and Uganda, both present in our world cup qualifying group, as well as Mali.
The draw also produced a regular Group of Death, Algeria, Tunisia and Senegal to battle it out for two slots in Group B, with Zimbabwe completing the group.
Gabon are hosting next year’s tournament, set to run from 14 January to 5 February 2017.
