For many young girls and boys, Nicki Minaj is a goddess, even an idol. But Nicki is human like the rest of us and has an idol she looks up to as well, and Saturday night she finally met that special someone.

 Yes, after rocking the stage at Tidal’s Tidal X: 1015 benefit concert, Nicki met the one and only Lauryn Hill backstage and clearly lost it and was reduced to “Shaking, crying, a MESS!!!!” as she put it.

“Excuse me while I have an outer body experience. Shaking, crying, a mess. this lady is the reason. Omg. The queen. Goddess! The epitome! The bar! The *faints*. Ms Lauryn Hill told me to keep “spittin dat fire”. Is this real life!??
