The bombshell dropped by the EC chair Charlotte Osei Monday is still reverberating throughout the nation as major candidates start strategising on how to get back into the race.
The flagbearers of the PPP, GFP and NDP were just three of thirteen major Presidential candidates disqualified from contesting December’s polls by the EC boss, citing several procedural errors in their filing documents.
Taking to his favourite medium of communication early Tuesday after the initial shock had worn off, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, PPP flagbearer, promised that the fight is far from over with the EC boss.
According to him, people of his ilk do not give up easily and they would fight Mrs Osei tooth and nail till they get back on the ballot.
