Hip hop duo Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg have both been named co-defendants in a lawsuit brought by the family of a 16 year old girl who was injured at a concert held by the pair.
The August concert abruptly ended when a railing collapsed, causing pandemonium. The girl’s family claim she fell ten feet, got trampled by the crowd and suffered numerous injuries.
Alongside the event organisers Live Nation, the two MC’s have also been joined to the suit, sighted by TMZ. The grandmother of the girl, acting as plaintiff, says the injuries have destroyed the girl’s dream of becoming a cheerleader, as well as causing her to suffer nightmares. The suit says the two rappers contributed to the rail collapse by urging the crowd on.
The girl is seeking unspecified damages.
