The Only Difference Between 'Strika' And Abraham Attah Is Exposure – Manager Of The Duo Says

Netflix’s ‘Beasts of No Nation’ launched the career of young lead actor Abraham Attah, straight from Ghana and onto the global stage where he remains to this day.
His performance alongside Idris Elba was widely praised, yet Attah was not the only child actor to excel in the movie.
Emmanuel Nii Adom Quaye, who played the role of ‘Strika’ in the movie, was another standout performer. ‘Strika’ was a mute boy in Commandant’s army who befriended Agu (Attah’s character). The character was played with so much depth by Quaye.
But he seems to have been lost in the shuffle as Attah receives all the attention.
Manager of Strika, Mawuko Kuadje, who incidentally also manages Attah, said Strika is also a good actor but he just does not get the exposure Attah got.
He said if he does, he would undoubtedly become as big as Attah.
“I manage Strika too but the only difference is that Strika hasn’t gotten the exposure Abraham had but we are in the process of making him something big across the world… we are working on it so hard.” Kuadje said in a recent interview.
‘Strika’ showed so much talent in ‘Beasts’ that I believe the manager is right, he could make it just as big as Attah with the right exposure.
