Heartbroken dog dies after being hit by car in spot where she had waited for a year for owner to return

Dogs are faithful and this is proof— a three-year-old Thai breed dog named Loung has been hit by a car as she waited a year for the return of her owner.
Loung fell out of a moving vehicle a year ago and has since stayed at that same spot with hopes of returning to her family but those were just fantasies as they never became passing realities .
Daily Mail reports that, she became something of a minor local celebrity and many people took photographs of her, which have since been posted on Facebook.
Some reports on social media said that various people had turned up in recent months claiming to be her owner but she ran off into nearby orchards when they tried to put a collar and leash on her.
A dog-lovers’ club in the Chanthaburi province has paid for the animal to be given a decent burial in Tha Mai district.
