Your phone may have a password or may even require your finger to grant access but to an Israeli company called Cellebrite, that’s not really anything.
The company says and has shown in the below video how it can literally bypass or remove passwords from every smartphone to gain access to data.
According to the BBC, “Cellebrite was in the headlines earlier this year when it was rumoured to have helped the FBI to crack an iPhone used by the San Bernardino shooter.”
It’s scary how easy Cellebrite can get into a phone plus the company has refused “to say whether it supplies its technology to the police forces of repressive regimes.”
