The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) would finally launch their manifesto in the Northern Region early next month.
The event would take place at the 20,000 capacity Tamale Sports Stadium on the 8th of October.
The launching of manifestos has somehow become a huge campaign issue with either party delaying its release over allegations the other side would steal their ideas.
The NDC launched theirs in Sunyani last weekend, in a festive event that included party supporters carrying a coffin with posters of Nana Addo plastered all over it.
