M.anifest Expresses Gratitude To Ama Ata Aidoo

Rapper M.anifest has expressed tremendous gratitude to legendary Ghanaian author Ama Ata Aidoo, who is the inspiration for the title of his latest album ‘Nowhere Cool’.
M.anifest has spoken extensively on the impact Ama Ata inspired his life and career, and how her novel ‘Nowhere Cool’ inspired his album.
“The actual title was inspired by Ama Ata Aidoo’s book the short story of the same title, for me somebody who has lived different lives at different places, I felt ‘Nowhere cool’ will be an appropriate way to tell different stories of life, because sometimes that is how it feels”, the rapper said on Ultimate Fm soon after the release of the album.
In a post on social media Saturday, M.anifest paid tribute to Ama Ata.
