Terrifying Moment A Hawk Drops A Live SNAKE On A BBQ As A Family Cooks Lunch In A Melbourne Park

A family fun day out in Australia turned into a panicky affair when an unexpected guest literally dropped in on the picnic party.
The incident which was caught on camera shows people gathered around a BBQ as a hawk approaches with a snake in its talons, the bird of prey drops the snake right in their midst leading everyone to scamper off.
The video was filmed by Douglas Wong as he enjoyed a family lunch on the River Yarra, in Melbourne. The footage has divided public opinion about whether or not it was fake.
But Mr Wong insists it is real.
“It was just my uncle, auntie and cousin visiting,they haven’t been here long and were excited to see a hawk and it just fell down and picked something up. We didn’t know it was a snake until it got really close and my uncle ran. I just took it on my phone so I can’t really prove it so people keep asking but I don’t mind [people saying it’s fake].” he told Daily Mail Australia.
