Donald Trump talks before he thinks, that’s no surprise. He’s also a shameless bigot who thinks the answer to everything is deportation or mass elimination.
So undocumented immigrants? Deport them all! Islamic terror? Keep all Muslims out. All Muslims!
So when Colin Kaepernick, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback refused to stand up for the US national anthem before a pre season game because he thought too many unarmed African Americans were being shot and killed by Police, it’s not surprising that Trump’s great response to that is that Kaepernick should get out of the country.
Getting people out of the country is his answer to everything.
“I have followed it and I think it’s personally not a good thing,” Trump told the Dori Monson Show, a conservative afternoon talk-radio program, speaking of Kaepernick’s act.
“I think it’s a terrible thing, and you know, maybe he should find a country that works better for him. Let him try – it won’t happen.”
Kaepernick ignited a political firestorm when he remained seated as the Star Spangled banner was played before his side took on the Green Bay Packers in a pre-season game last Friday.

The 28 year old’s action was booed by some fans as he took to the pitch, and it has since attained epic proportions as people express outrage over the perceived disrespect to the nation’s anthem.
Kaepernick, though, explained that his action was meant as a protest against the continued injustice of the murder of numerous unarmed African Americans by the police.
“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of colour,” Kaepernick told NFL Media
“To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way.
“There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.” he added.
