A 30 year old Ghanaian – born baker who lives in London with his girlfriend, Selasi Gbormittah, has worn the hearts of viewers of the popular TV show ‘Great British Bake Off’.

Selasi, who works in financial services and moved to the United Kingdom 15 years ago stole viewers’ hearts with his cheeky smile and impressive cakes sending more than a few Bake Off into frenzy on social media, reports the Dailymail

He charmed viewers with his relaxed demeanour and his ‘I don’t understand it, I’m just baking it’ approach. Mel Giedroyc, the presenter of the show, couldn’t resist his charms as she was seen giggling to some of his jokes.

All though he lost the post for star baker to fellow contestant Jane Beedle, which caused an outrage on social media, he attracted a lot of attention on social media with a lot of memes of his face.

Selasi loves to bake for charity cake sales and fundraisings as well as riding his motorbike.
