Maurice Ampaw commenced a ten day hunger strike today (Tuesday) and already he claims to be feeling the effects of it.
The lawyer who’s always in the news for pretty much anything, promised to embark on the strike in case the President pardoned the Montie 3, jailed for threatening the lives of Supreme Court justices.
Ampaw has commenced his strike after the pardon was handed out, and in an interview granted mere hours into the ten day exercise, already seems worried about how he can sustain the ten days.
“I’m very strong, so if I don’t eat – all I do is to drink small water, that’s all.” the lawyer said.
“Not eating for ten days, oh..my..God!
“…Look at my tummy.” he continued. “I have larger tummy but now I’m having six pack” he laughed.
Ampaw promised to fight the President tooth and nail throughout the country to ensure the NDC is kicked out of power after this year’s elections.
