They say there is a thin line between love and hatred but one gentleman has singlehandedly made this purported line a lot wider and thicker than necessary . Perhaps love and hate is the same emotion after all—how else can we explain such brutality?.
Broadway dancer Marcus Bellamy (pictured left), has been arrested and charged with the brutal murder of his boyfriend, Bernardo Almonte (pictured right).
According to police, Marcus attacked Bernardo, a 27-year-old freelance IT technician at their New York apartment, beating and strangling him to death on Friday night August 19th.
Reports has it that the couple began arguing in their Washington Heights apartment, and with no one there to stop them, it quickly became physical. The two fought viciously for hours and when Marcus eventually got the upper hand, he strangled Bernardo to death.
After which he took to Facebook to confess his crime. He has been arrested and charged with murder.
