Gospel singer Selina Boateng has lost her dad after a bout of illness.
The 55 year old Kwabena Amissah passed away Thursday in Kumasi.
Kwabena Amissah was father to two children, including the gospel musician.
The singer confirmed the news, saying her father had been battling the illness for a while. Although he seemed destined to recover, things took a turn for the worse, leading to his untimely death.
