These people are the ones who have lived literally all their lives in the house. They know all the history and everything that ever happened in the house. The way they can take you back in time on all the events surrounding the house would make you think they work in the museum.
This people have lived there so much so that they are delusional enough to think they actually own the house. They can be a real pain in the ass and you dare not cross their line else you would be ejected before your rent is due.
