6. The ” I Want Plenty Gari And Kanzo” People
They are the last to leave the joint because they are bashful. They do not want to draw undue attention to themselves. They wait till everyone has left the place before they make their purchase .
They target the “kanzo”, the hard burnt underneath layer of the waakye with plenty gari usually the white one without any oil on it. These people are not looking for taste or nutrition but satisfaction.
Theirs await them specially and they are seen helping the waakye seller pack and unpack. You can say they are cherished customers too but more of family.
