Marriage or even reduced to the barest minimum these mere relationships we have is no kid painting crayons in a drawing book joke. It is one colossal hurdle that needs patience, time, understanding and nurturing and one can take but not all. We talk about these celebs not because we find delight in their misfortune but they are our celebrities and therefore we are interested in whatever they do. Whether good or bad, great or excellent, it garners attention and publicity. In our last article we talked about our female celebs that are taking forever to cuff their fingers with wedding rings so today we are doing the opposite. Perhaps that is the reason behind their nonchalance attitude towards the ill famed marriage, have they in any way made marriage less attractive and desirable? Rose Mensah (Kyeiwaa) [caption id="attachment_66100" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Kyeiwaa[/caption] First on the list is Rose Mensah known in showbizness as Kyeiwaa. Of all the marriage scandals Kyeiwaa’s is the epic. The actress married for just four days only to be hit with the most uncalculating tsunami ever. She got married in a highly publicised ceremony to one Daniel Osei only to be in the known four days after that her new husband has already tied the knot with someone else. There was no happily ever after for the Kumawood star. Nii Odartey Lamptey The Ghanaian Football icon self confessed that he felt sad when his wife cheated on him and I say that is the least of what you should feel when her infidelity did not bring you public embarrassment but birthed you stepchildren as well. How worse can a man’s life machismo be dented with mud. Odartey’s wife practically slit his throat with a knife, how he survived is best known to him. Bishop Daniel Obinim [caption id="attachment_58671" align="aligncenter" width="620"] Bishop Daniel Obinim[/caption] He changes into a snake, appears in people’s dreams, operates on women who wet their beds, vandalises radio stations and of course cheats on his wife with his junior pastors wife. How pathetic can this get?. Obinim was also caught on tape saying very nasty things about his wife to a lady he was going out with. It also later emerged that he had slept with his Junior Pastor’s wife. At least he had the decency to admit to chopping down the church member. Amanda Acquah When it comes to Amanda and her scandals, listing them would literally swallow us up. The queen of sex tapes and outright obscenity. The recent that went viral is evidence enough, the very one she claimed she was sending to her Ghanaian footballer husband Afriyie Acquah. The fact that she always find someone shoving the blame on is irritating. She claims she has not known peace ever since she married Afriyie four years ago due to one embittered ex and a host of her friends. According to her they are responsible for her negative videos and audios that has been released on social media. Who sits down and smile when they are suffering from stomach pain---you know the cause of our misery so why not find a solution to it. You can start with doing away with anything that looks like a smart gadget. You cannot send nudes with “yam” phones. Van Vicker The fine face Ghallywood actor also had a fair share of the marriage scandal. Apparently Van Vicker’s manager’s husband who reports had resides in the States got uncomfortable with the closeness between his wife and her client thus Van. The doubting Thomas’s got the better of him as he plainly accused his wife of infidelity and even threatened to expose their deeds with videos and evidence. Van fiercely came out to say he’s never had any sexual relationship with Clarice his manager but they go beyond work relationship since she’s become family. Clarice in her defence said her husband has been unsecured for as long as she can remember so there is no iota of truth or whatsoever in the accusations. Van is still happily married to his wife, we have seen a couple of their pictures. From nowhere Funny and his wife took us to the gutters of their marriages. His wife according to reports was indiscriminately been chopped down by multiple men including his very own friends, but of course they didn’t know she was married to Funny. No this one is something I would rather not delve into--- let me just let sleeping dogs lie. We are looking forward to Funny’s album launch though. Christiana Love Christiana Love now Obaapa Christy and her then husband pastor Love Kweku Hammond brought their dirty laundries out and gave it one good wash. Pastor Love accused Christy of infidelity. According to him, Christy was flirting with one Nana Yaw in Germany. He even accused her of being pregnant for him (Nana Yaw). Christy also accused her husband of sleeping with his church members. She said he even sometimes proposes to ladies in her presence. She further accused him of beating her up and tearing her clothes at the least provocation, raping her (Christy) own sister and threatening to kill her if she told anyone and sleeping with their house help. Of course the couple divorced.
