Singer Mariah Carey is set to make a guest appearance on the hit Fox network series ‘Empire’, it has been announced.
Carey would be stepping into the ‘Lyon’s’ den with an appearance as a superstar singer named Kitty, who collaborates with Jamal Lyon on a new song.
Mariah’s episode is set to air in October when the show returns for its third season, with the singer joining a long list of celebrities who have made guest appearances on the show including Alicia Keys, Kelly Rowland, Chris Rock and Ludacris.
Mariah is a known long time collaborator of series creator Lee Daniels, and have been tipped for an appearance since the show started a couple years ago.
