Musical star-Mariah Carey, 46, was spotted rocking a fishnet stockings in downtown Hollywood in LA on Wednesday—and her star power as well as her outfit pulled in the attention.
Mariah rocked a jet black mini-skirt with added slit under which she wore her pair of fishnet stockings.
She also wore a pair strappy shoes and sunglasses.
Her jacket was blinking—a black jewel-studded jacket.
