This gruesome way of dealing with criminals really must stop— so authorities in Nigeria are not in the known of this madness and barbarism or they share in this nonsense. The plausible I cannot deny is they are in concord with it, if otherwise why does it keep happening?.
I have personally written more than four articles on this fast emanating canker this very week and it is no where near funny.
A suspected kidnapper was burnt to death yesterday in Gboko, Benue State after he allegedly stole a three month old baby from a house at the Bristow Round-About.
According to an eyewitness: “We just heard the baby’s mother screaming ‘thief, thief’ and we came out only to see the boy running with the baby,”
“Some boys in the area collected the baby and started beating him while the others were looking for tyre and calling more people to come out. He was begging and crying but the other boys did not listen,” the eyewitness added.
